Suzanne also presented true stories that were perfect tools to teach: how to deal with toxic neighbors, co-workers, or family members in a way that completely transform the situation; validation of how our loved ones are watching over us during the pandemic; and what recurring dreams teach us. She led participants through a new way to focus and expand the energy during her “Ten Minute Transformation” meditation.
