Processing, processing, processing. This is what your brain is doing every second you are conscious. Is it any wonder you need sleep every few hours? There is another aspect of you that simply knows without words, without thinking. You may call this the mind. Yes, the mind is separate from the brain. It survives the demise of the body, making you what? Immortal, dear one. Give the brain a rest every so often, won’t you? Set it aside in moments of blessed silence—a bit of a restart of the computer—and in those moments of no thinking, what is known will quite naturallly bubble to the surface with no words necessary: You are so very loved.
Reset: you can neither undo the past nor re-do the past. Even though, you can make the same mistake or make corrections. You cannot undo nor redo the past. It is DONE. The opportunities the past held, may or may not still exist. You mind connect to your heart is much more sensitive to heart than is brain. Your brain is akin to your computer while your mind is at the wheel. No words necessary.
