This beautiful testament of love arrived this morning from a
friend:

“I am touring in Israel
where I have been reading your postings.  Jesus lived and taught here over 2000 years ago.  Organized religion and time have caused this
land to be worn, dirty, and always bickering. It’s a way of life for them. It’s
quite shocking.  If you had not taught me
the true meaning of life and love—that all is love and that we are part of THAT—I
would not be able to connect to this as true Holy Land.

The people have it
figured out.  They live together and
respect their differences. Seems it’s the politicians who have made it so
complicated. The people get that they are a part of IT, too.  Nothing about their culture is similar to
ours, except their belief in something bigger than ourselves.  A yellow Monarch butterfly flew in front of
me as I waded in the Sea of Galilee. No one else saw it, but that’s because it
was there for me, to reassure me, and remind me that Love is always around me.

I truly understand the
woman who asked to get off your list.*  I
would have been there 8 or 10 years ago, myself. I so want to let others know
that I was healed by a friend in love.  With
all this rambling, what I am attempting to do is to say thank you for loving me
enough to teach me what God has wanted me to know all along:  I am love, and I have both the ability and the
desire to share that love with others.”
