You cannot force a conscious connection with those in the spirit world. Know that the connection is ever present. It can be no other way, for you are one point of consciousness in an infinite field of lights, all connected. There are varying levels of vibration however. You may see these like octaves on a keyboard or channels on a network. You are most often attuned only to your most familiar level, and it is here that the adjustments in vibration must take place to attune to higher levels. Self-care, dear one. It begins with the vibration of thought. Spring cleaning truly does clear the way.
