In Tune

When you play a musical instrument, it requires regular tuning, as environmental factors cause it to consistently go out of attunement with its True Tone and that of the other instruments around it. This is a process of tweaking, listening, tweaking. And so it is with you, beautiful instrument. The soul has a divine note with which the body and mind go in and out of tune. You attune to this note through attention and listening within … sensing, “Am I playing my most pure note?” And why would you want to bother? For the same reason you prefer pleasure over pain—for the innately known experience of oneness … unity … bliss. Tweak awareness, dear one. Listen. You are so very loved.
