Integration

Long distance travelers grow weary.  All need rest at some point.  Along the path you cannot be in a constant
state of doing without suffering imbalance. 
Periods of merely being allow for integration of what is learned during
the doing.  On and off, work and play,
doing and being.  Seek balance, and even
in the rest there is growth.
