Why do you ooh and aah when you see babies, puppies, kittens, and other young creatures? For there is a state of innocence that instantly resonates with the soul. It is not simply cuteness, as you would know it. It is a recognition of the truth within you—a state of utter and total coherence, connection, oneness that existed before layers of narrative changed innocence to something “other.” We are not saying that narratives are somehow bad or wrong, but is there not a guardedness and a sense of being cut off that comes with prolonged stories of separation? You do not see or feel this in the youngest of beings. Find this innocence within yourself and apparent others and there you will find Joy. It has not gone anywhere, this state of pure being, of total connection, of Love. It has simply become modified for a while for the experience of L.I.F.E.
