You wish to find peace? Here is HOW. When and as you notice constriction within the mind and or the body, rest a hand on the belly, that seat of awareness you may call the hara. Repeat the word “Here.” This brings you to the present moment instead of at the mercy of the past or future. Next, rest the other hand on the heart and say the word, “Open.” No explanation is necessary here, for you will feel the difference this makes. Now, with hands on heart and hara, move Awareness to the head and state, “Wonder!” with a childlike sense of curiosity of how Spirit will show up now in your LIFE, now that you are Here, Open, and Wondrous. That is HOW.
