Why do you gasp when you hear stunning news? For there is Life Force in the breath, and you are intuitively bringing more of it into the body to steel yourself for what is to come. When you are tense, you hold your breath. This leads to even greater tension, for you are restricting the flow of prana—the Life Force—through you. What is the fastest way to relax and come into balance? Focus on slow, deep breathing.
Breath is Life for the human being, but trust us, life goes on after the last human breath. For the human, the Life Force comes in many forms: through breath, through water, through food, through sunshine. Why so many ways? For Life IS, and you are an expression of Life. Breathe it in, and be in-spired.
Note from Suzanne: I gasped last evening when I read the news of Wayne Dyer’s transition. Our initial reaction
to death is usually shock, until we remember what we know. Wayne lived a full life, inspiring millions, helping millions to awaken to who we are. I am so grateful for the positive influence he had on my life since the day I read his words several decades ago. He in-spired me more than any other transformational leader. I surround his family with love as they adjust to life without his physical presence, and I find a smile on my face as I visualize Wayne exploring his new surroundings with wonder, embraced by love.
