Breathed by Love

Have you even thought about breathing in the last few however-many-units of time? Of course you are aware of it now that we have brought it to your attention, but before that? Who or what was breathing you? The scientists in the crowd will say something like, “the brain” or “the autonomic system,” and they will be correct. And what is running those? Is it you? Can you turn off this system—the machine that is your body? With a deliberate act of will you most certainly can, but we advise against this, for then you are overriding a Source of Intelligence far greater than your will.

The human thinks it knows best. This is part of the survival system. All of these systems work in harmony to add to an even greater system–an eco-system if you will, of parts that you know as “humanity.” The latter is a bit out of balance, but all of its parts are being breathed by the same Source that breathes you. That which connects all of your breaths is Love. The reason the system of humanity is out of balance is because many of you have forgotten this.

As you breathe in and out today and become aware of your breath, watch the others around you breathing in and out as well. Your breath is theirs. You have breathed the same molecules. Your bodies are made of the same recycled dust. Your essence is the same. It is Love. Breathe it in and breathe it out. Love one another. You are Love. Of this there is no doubt.
