Yes, your loved ones in spirit grow as do you here in the earth experience. But they do not age. There is a difference. The body ages for a reason. There are only so many experiences a being in a body can have before it is time to start anew. For the soul, the opportunities are limitless. Do not worry that you will not recognize your loved ones when you meet again across the veil. Without form they can take on any form and will most certainly greet you in the most unmistakable manner so that the reunion is most helpful and healing.
