You can’t see the forest through the trees. Shift frequently from viewing details to seeing the wholeness. Both are ever-present, yet it is the human way to become fixated on one thing. Flowing mentally allows you to notice what might otherwise be missed. Suddenly, solutions are obvious, insights arise in magical ways. You noticed! Simply set the intention to flow. Are you being too detailed? Perhaps too general? One way is not better than another. Flow between styles and see what you have been missing.
You are so very loved.

Yes Suzanne, FLOW, is critical. Right now I am trying to find a “big picture”, a purpose having very recently lost my wife and purpose to cancer after a years illness. Maybe because I turned 80 this year it seems very challenging to find that purpose now. The two of us had always seen it as a combined purpose.
So this becomes the question. “How do you find your big picture purpose in my kind of situation? having finished a career and a lot of other things since then?” I need to have things to do and things to think about. My question is not for a sedintary person. There is no problem in not sweating the small stuff.
Connection. How can you connect with others through some kind of service? Do so in your wife’s honor and feel her at your side. It works miracles.
That’s me… too detailed.
