“Give everyone their due, for they are Love, as are you.” You wish to have a mantra that will change the way you see the world? Repeat this phrase until you no longer resist the idea when you gaze upon another who differs from you in appearance, thoughts, and actions. Give them your due attention, your due respect at the level of the soul, even if you disagree when attached to your human stories. You are all emanations of one Mind, one Source, one Force, and where there is no division or separation, this is Love. Divinity. Now do you remember?

You know, I’ve been wanting to share this for a while. While I appreciate the notion of the ultimate LOVE, I’m having a hard time with a repeated message of needing to discard “your human stories”. Yes, a personal story can be a limited view or lenses if you wish but not to discard the personal suffering as well as personal beauty and contribution that each one of us makes here! As someone said with their tongue in cheek, “you suffer and I’ll watch!” Do you get my meaning?
I joined and then left the regular Christianity for the same reasons as above. I wanted to find a meaning to my own and my loved ones lives, their journey, their sufferings, and the way things have been… And all those in the church carried only about doing the “greater work”, “bear the fruit” and align our lives with the “Kingdom of God coming”…. You can’t and shouldn’t’ dismiss the individual life (or “human story”) for the sake of the collective! I’m sorry, I fully disagree and feel disheartened by this repeated message. And I’m sorry, I’m not going to forgive and love someone who got drunk and killed someone I loved just because……
