You do not always give others your full attention. Perhaps they take this to mean that you do not care about them, when this is not your intention. Can you be present for others? There will be times due to tasks you have agreed to when you cannot be all things to all people. But if you have made a choice to be in a certain place, then by all means be as present as possible. Every interaction matters in the grand tapestry, even if you cannot see the threads.
