You are going along fine, feeling serene, calm, connected, and along comes a surprise. It is not the kind that fills you with delight, but perhaps with fright. In the blink of an eye, you go from knowing all is well to wondering if you are in hell. This is the way it is in earthly form, walking the balance-line between soul-awareness and human nature. Which one will prevail? The one where you place your attention moment by moment. Remain aware of your thoughts. What is your point of view? The soul or the human? You are both you know. Choose moment by moment, for you are here to be fully human for a while, but at the same time, you are eternally the Light.
You are so very loved.

Choose moment by moment. I’m not expected to not live as human! I cantake respite in my eternal self when the human perspective is too much to bear. Thank you!
Love this. Question: What does it mean to be “human”?
My reading of other posts suggest being “human” is…distasteful? “Low energy” follows the word. Let’s use an example. A person is feeling serene of the kind described in this post. Then, per the post, something happens. In this instance a text message bings on the phone. The text’s content reflects the sender, misunderstanding a situation, expresses hurt feelings. The sender is hypersensitive and this is the latest example of ongoing hypersensitivity.
The recipient, her energy again battered by these previous bouts of hypersensitivity, feels utterly exasperated. This is the “human” reaction, no? Knowing the hypersensitivity, the recipient holds of responding until she can come from a place of compassion. But the underlying source of exhaustion continues to spew.
Is it human or is it soulful to simply limit contact with the sender and if it’s unavoidable, constrict the negative energy drain? Is it human or soulful to *finally* inform the sender this is the last straw and refuse to apologize? To cut off contact?
Thank you.
Suzanne thank. you! This one really hits home and is soooo helpful for me. Thank you!!!
Thank You. I am very grateful for these words.
The present is the point of power. All time is simultaneous past, present, future. The reality we occupy in human form is the physical reality we are experiencing as part of a bigger multidimensional entity in which we are a part of. We are always becoming and maintaining our balance as Sanaya has so beautifully shown us is very important.
Thank you I am very grateful for your words.
