Let bygones be bygones. When you have (inter)acted in a way that has caused angst between two or more parties, make your amends, and then, like a balloon being released to the sky, let it go. Instead of helium, fill the balloon with the highest awareness of what has been learned and gained. If you do not yet see the lesson(s) and cannot see the growth, sit with it until you do, for all interactions, no matter how uncomfortable, hold the potential for raising your consciousness. “May we do better next time. Thank you.” May this be written in each encounter as the balloon rises and flies away.

I suspect every one of us has one of these situations on our plate. I know i have a few whoppers 🥴 that are like being bloated with real painful bad gas. Hard to shake when in midst of the throws.
