Yes, the body seems to have a mind of its own. With the secretion of hormones of many types, emotions can get a bit carried away at times, and with them, actions may follow that are not in alignment with what you know is a deeper, calmer self. What to do? Be aware. Notice when you are off balance. Pause and breathe. The return to peace and sanity may take a few moments, but it is always present beneath the turmoil. Awareness is key. You can get carried away or let awareness carry you back to balance. The choice as a lucid being is yours.

Please thank Sanaya for this message. I am new to spirituality and tried listening to music to awaken my 3rd eye. It gave me a migraine and made me nauseous. THEN I looked up affects of forcing the third eye to open (such a lesson…do the research first). Totally convinced that I was the first human to ever make herself sick from meditation, I realized I need to choose to follow the path in the steps provided…not the steps I want to take. To be mindful of Spirit’s guidance is critical. Sanaya’s message resonates with me because I want to learn too much too fast and am not paying attention to their guidance and instead my own ego.
