Adventures and emotions ebb and flow like tides. The rhythm is predictable, dependable, and also helpful. When you are low, know you will experience a high again. Of course, the opposite is true. Know that you can control how high or low you go and find a good balance that allows you to enjoy yourself without the extremes. It is true that “a rising tide lifts all boats,” so may you be a source of inspiration, hope, and healing for others.
You are so very loved.

I’ve read all your books and love your posts and Ty’s blog. I’m an Air Force veteran and now a holistic healer – mostly I’m just a tour guide for the higher power. Anyway, sending love
What a great job! :-)
Oddly enough i initially read the last line to say “so you may be an inspiration…”
But gosh, i read that wrong.
“So may you be …” is a whole different approach that must include intension”.
Happily, spirit told me to reread that line.
How about that!
I am an almost 60year-old man. I used alcohol from age 15 to 57. I saw it as a mood and confidence booster. Often I would drink hard and fast, to “get a buzz” quick. I was a functional alcoholic for some years, but that changed over time. Later in my drinking “career” – I would sail through the buzz within a short time, and move right on to being stupid drunk. I disappointed and angered a lot of people. I lost their trust and their ability to count on me as dependable. Then, I quit drinking three years ago. Since then, I’ve earned a lot of of trust back. People can count on a consistent, dependable, sober version of me, and I am happy and grateful to be able to give them that best version. I recognize, enjoy, and discover so many benefits of sobriety nowadays, even if life isn’t rosy 100% of the time. Ebb and flow, as you say. Thank you for your wonderful, inspiring work, Suzanne!
Congratulations on your sobriety, Scott. May you see how your challenges brought you to this place of strength.
Hello Suzanne, I heard two words, “naval officer”, don’t know why, then I picked up my book on Reiki, Dr Churjiro Hayashi was a naval officer, he took over from Dr, Mikao Usui the founder of Reiki in Japan, I did some work on others using Reiki and myself and family, that was the start of my healing journey.
Very cool!
