In fact, in Truth, you are a pattern of waves within the one teeming sea of Awareness. The pattern is relatively stable, giving the appearance of a body that moves in space and time. Yes, you are that and you are also inseparable from the sea. You have accessible to you other waves, other beings, that can assist you when you open to the flow. The more open you become, the more assistance arrives in its limitless forms. Flow, beautiful wave, when challenges arise, and know you are so very loved.
