There is much to be learned from foreign cultures. It is far too easy to think that all others think the same way you do. Nothing could be farther from the truth. Truth is One. All else is story. The farther you go from Truth, the more all is relative. Learn to dance with the stories. Enjoy them, but do not get so far down in the weeds that you forget the underlying firmament: beyond the story, all are connected.

A huge thing possible to learn from other cultures is how they differently celebrate… how different they express… how different their priorities and how different they reason things out… and mostly, how somewhere down the line, it is life and creation that is being celebrated … the same life and creation we all celebrate. All we need do is learn to understand how it is in fact the same goal. Experience come in thousands of forms, but the goal is only in ONE UNITED.
