You have time on your hands? Do you rush to fill it? Do you know what it feels like to sit quietly and do nothing? You may cast blame for your busyness on your situation or others, but could this be a way of trying to fill the emptiness? We dare say that if you were to take a few minutes now and then and simply “be” whilst breathing slowly and with purpose, you would find that emptiness is simply the other end of the wholeness of being. What appears empty is actually quite full. Wholeness is your very nature. What you are seeking is not out there. It is here, there, and everywhere. As you discover this for yourself, you will no longer have to breathe with purpose; you will discover you are being breathed.
You are so very loved.

So grateful for these words of guidance.❤️❤️❤️
dear Suzanne,
This advice suits me to a T, a U, and a V.
I read yesterday about a distinction between positive and negative emptiness.
For me the worst kind is like I was full and then lost all my “insides”.
I like your counsel of looking for wholeness in “being” (the verb).
It comes and goes.
This morning it is whole but last night it was shredded like chaos.
Sanaya inspires me to wholeness.
One word: Wow! Thought-provoking.
Make that two words.
Hallo Suzanne and Sanaya, I love you,.Sanaya please say us what is therapy and prevention forCancer?.Thank you.
Such a great reminder to listen to our inner flow, our breath, our life and allow all that is of nature, of us to be the stillness and flow of love.??
