Yes, you carve out time for stillness in the morning. But what of the rest of the day? And most especially, what about those times when you are weary from so much activity that it is far easier to forget you are a soul playing a role? Why, then this tiredness takes you perhaps to activities and behaviors that are less than helpful. What if you would set the intention to maintain mindfulness at more random periods if you cannot do so constantly. And we do not wish you to do so constantly, for the body is not programmed for this. Be gentle with yourself . . . morning, noon, and night as it were.
