You are taught to do “everything in moderation,” and this is good advice. But do you not learn from your excesses? And is it not at times enjoyable to splurge? You are, indeed, here as a soul to enjoy the fullness of Love In Full Expression—of LIFE. Fullness involves at times pushing the boundaries, but not to incur harm. No, dear one, we do not wish harm on anyone. What we are saying is to splurge now and then, but to “splurge in moderation” and learn what happens when you do something to excess. Then, when you have that splurge “out of your system,” you can truly appreciate moderation.
You are so very loved.
Learning just what “moderation” means for you, in your life, at various times of your life is a huge accomplishment. It can change for some things yet for other things it pretty much remains a constant as eg: eating whole and healthy foods.
Moderation applies to your soiritual life too in that you dont get so serious about what you happen think is presently right or wrong about yourself and others. There are endless ways to grow without hammering out limits for yourself and others. Where are your limits? Wring them out as best you can and watch the changes in your relationships with self and others. I’m not saying this is always easy yet for some things it is extremely easy. Just know you need not stay as you presently are so change to or from what you most seem to prefer and go from there.
