Hands

There are more people than you know who make your daily activities possible. Yes, you have likely done the exercise of thinking how many hands went into getting the food you eat onto your table. And what about the table itself? And the roof over your head? And these are just the physical manifestations of the web in which you are but one strand. You never know how one you may not acknowledge has helped you in some way. You cannot exist without each other. Genuine appreciation for the Source of all beings is an excellent place to start raising your gratitude quotient until you realize that the same Source in you is the one in those you may never meet.
