Muscles are designed to be used.  When you use them regularly and work them a bit, they become firm and even stronger.  The same is true with any skill.  If it falls into disuse through lack of attention, why, of course you will have to exercise it to regain your competence.  Once a skill is learned, however, have no fear, the pattern exists.  You need merely jump back in to the gym and have a bit of a workout.  Exercise those abilities and watch how they come back even more quickly than when first learned.  And while you’re at it, exercise your greatest energetic muscle:  the heart.  Of course, this all takes effort.  You did not come here to sit around on clouds.  Enjoy the adventure as you shine on, beautiful soul.
