Having not written poetry in the past, this was their beautiful way of showing me I wasn’t making up the words that answered a specific question I had posed. I hope that you will see the brilliance in today’s message as well.
What is this thing called proof you seek?
It comes beyond what you call space and time.
Could not proof come in unexpected ways
Such as words that flow in rhythm and rhyme?
Why do you struggle so to know what is real?
Do you not already sense, and taste, and touch and feel?
You need no proof to understand existence
But the mind puts up its own resistance.
“Show me, test it, I need to trust!”
For you perhaps this kind of knowing is a must.
But beneath the musts and shoulds and have to’s
Is a way of knowing .
It needs no rhyme.
It needs no proof.
It is already here.
It has no sense of completion
It is not worried about being satisfied
With the right next word.
It is simply content
To be.
Can you be?
You are so very loved.
I’m just starting my journey but I feel like I’ve been stupid all my life. I thought I was intelligent but it hurts to realize I am so dumb. I’ve missed so much in my life.
We are never stupid Steve. No point in allowing yourself to feel or think it. What you call “just starting” is simply recognition of being -“where you’re at” but remember, all that it took to get you to here, was and remains part of the journey that got you here… and that is not stupidity, that is the flow and recognition of the flow of which you/we are all part. You now know that. And that flow-recognition becomes stronger (if we let it,) and stronger yet if we openly aim to live in the awareness of the FLOW as well as of the journey, sure.
There is no “slow” or “fast”… there is only the timing of recognition or lack of recognition. But “timing” is not the number of days or years …but rather – the eyes of attention FINDING the open door through which you needed to ENTER into those days/years or minutes.
Real “time” does not provide untruth to suggest you are stupid. Real time only dots the entrance of flow awareness. Time is not what we think of as “being” Life in Full Expression.
As yesterday’s message said a “LIFE” is not a “Lie”. A lie is simply not Full truth. Lack of Full truth is not stupidity. It is nothing more than Life lacking Fullness – period. It has to do with “No more, no less.”
