You see your body as the real you. This is far from true. The body is real, but it is only one of many layers. The real you is not inside of the body, but is a being—if you will—of light. The real you flows through and around you, connecting you with all that is. There is a pattern to this flow that is recognizable as you to other light beings, and this pattern extends beyond the body. Think of a sandwich. The messy filling equates with the physical body. The two pieces of bread are more akin to the pattern of light that holds the “filling” in place. What a mess you create when you try to carry around only the filling! This may seem a silly analogy, we know, but we are trying to get you to think beyond the body and grasp the bigger picture. And yet, even this analogy of a sandwich is quite limiting, for in fact, you have no form. The form arises from the formless when it is time to feast on the smorgasbord of life. Enjoy the taste of it All. You are so very loved.

Smorgasbord of life! Yeah, that’s what I have been waiting for and it’s finally arrived! What a joy connecting all the dots on this day 22/11/2021! THANKS.
I would like to receive a comment every day.
Hi Suzanne, how lovely to be reminded of this, especially in the midst of a sense of crisis/angst/grief/panic/inspiration as I am. I am an aphant (blind mind’s eye) and only sometimes I can ‘hear’ my guides, but visualization exercises are impossible for me. I’m also very focused in my work and waking life on the ecological crisis that we face on our planet, and the fact that our civilization will likely soon collapse. I just wondered… what do the spirits say about this? I read about the coming 5D world and then I start questioning… are we meant to let it all happen? But surely the Great Mother/God is experiencing all of it at once… the fungi, the plants, the rocks and crystals, animals and humans… and it would just be so heartbreaking for humans to destroy it all with our foolishness. It seems very easy to me to think “oh well, we can just reincarnate on another planet” but this planet is our beautiful home, so surely it is a good thing to try to save it? I identify as a pagan myself, and just finished reading Starhawk’s beautiful “The Fifth Sacred Thing” which interweaves climate and societal breakdown with spirit and energy, healing, art, prayer and lots more.
I trust Love.
Very interesting to “see “ me that way ! Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this. Suzanne Giiesmann. , and Sanya .. And a happy Thanksgiving .
