Be aware of your thoughts. How are you feeling? Are you upset? Angry? Worried? Suffering? If so, then there is a thought you are clinging to at the exclusion of other possibilities. There are always other possibilities, even if the ones you are clinging to seem quite true. Examine your beliefs closely and see from your higher self which ones are holding you in darkness. Find those that are at the very least neutral and pull yourself up. Yes, feel all of your feelings, but there is no need to remain in one state. Life is a dance. If you have lost the joy of dancing, you have become stuck in one way of seeing.

So, the next time you’re dancing, ask yourself why your not dancing all the time. More important, you know how to dance so dance.
I find it very very hard not to worry… I don’t know how to stop. It seems to me I worried my whole life. I will try to look from my higher self but where can I find it? I will try….
Meika – many of us worry. The point is though, we don’t stay with the worry but rather step one foot at a time PAST the worry onto whatever feels best – allowing it to come next. Just let “next” happen by opening your heart and make room for what heart is telling you. Eventually that wee process becomes your nature rather than second nature, simply because your original nature didn’t allow the heart the room it needed …therefore it wasn’t good enough because you deserve better.
