Moving Through the Tunnel

Sometimes you must crawl through a dark tunnel not even knowing you are in a tunnel.  There is certainly no light visible while you work your way forward.  You cannot even tell if you are making progress, but you slog on.  Why?  Because you have no choice.  There you are … living.  To take your life is not an option.  You see?  There is a light, even if you cannot see it. 

Can you remember a period like this in your life?  And here you are.  Now look at that period differently.  See how you have grown and how that tunnel was a necessary part of the journey to exactly this point, no matter how painful.  You did not know then what you know now, but thank God you did not give up, is that not so? 

And for those of you who read the first part of this message and so desperate are you that you thought, “I do have a choice,” that is correct, but that tiny spark that flickered as you read the second part?  That is the light at the end of the tunnel.  Just keep moving forward and keep asking, “Please help me.  What do I need to know?”  You are loved, and it is Love that will get you through this.
