If you find yourself judging another, do not judge yourself as well. Step back. Breathe deeply and slowly. Recognize that humans compare, analyze, and judge. Shift to the aspect of you that knows only unity. In this flowing state of recognizing that all arise from the same Source, honor the beingness of all beings. Now that the pressure is off to live up to human standards, stand as the soul you are and send love to those you judged, including yourself. You are so very loved.
As wisely taught by Barbara Brennan and her guide Heyoan, sometimes judgement is used as a defense mechanism to escape emotions. In those cases, rather than judging, it is more helpful to step back a moment and allow oneself to experience the emotions instead of eluding them.

Matthew 7:1 is usually translated “Judge not lest ye be judged.” – as a commandment, and the reason for it. I think that is not quite right. The Greek has two commandments – “Don’t judge” and “Don’t be judged.” And the not judging enables obeying the second commandment, “Don’t be judged.” It is hard to say that in English, but in Greek it is just five words…
Shifting – to where the pressures are off simply because peace is the most desirable state in which to live in profuse productivity of soul sunshine.
