So how to live without frustration, in freedom and peace? Realize there is an aspect of you that is beyond time and space. Shifting your awareness to that aspect, simply step backward off the conveyor belt. This is the true “now.” This is what is meant by “being in the now.” From here you can observe past, present, and future in peace and decide how you will think and act when you step back onto the ever-moving, oft frustrating conveyor belt.
