A kind reminder that I am not being “unrealistic “ “fake”. when others first responses to conflictive- situations is to feel defensive, verbally condemn, devalue another’s action or opinion. I try to pause- let go of ego and instead show compassion and love for the person. Not condemning nor condoling. But simply just feel love, in my core before I react.
