One worth knowing. This is the meaning of Sanaya. It is your name as well. Yes, you are most definitely one worth knowing for you are a manifestation of the nameless One. Do not become focused upon names. Shift your focus often away from names and stories and memories and worries which keep you from knowing the oneness of all in consciousness. Yes, look around you and see the separation. At the same time, hold awareness in the energetic heart core that knows it all arises from the One. This is Joy.

Sanaya means “One worth knowing”. But it is a spiritual thing (to me) that when i speak or hear “One worth knowing”, it no longer feels like a noun, nor totally a verb, … and does not seem to posses a grammatical essence.
