“But what if I dissolve into nothing?” you ask with a bit of fear when you start to realize that consciousness is running the show? You fear awakening too much, for that would mean the end of the story. Not to worry, dear one. Yes, there is only one, but this one is not a being separate from you. This one is being, being itself, and for the moment it is being you and all others who play roles in the story of your one shared life. This includes those no longer in a body, so do not worry. Does the story continue after death? Yes, as long as you are part of it, and the funny thing is? You can’t not be part of it now can you?

This is one that many (myself included) have to hear more than a couple of times for it to sink in. When it does it opens up an insight that makes a difference and makes things clearer. “This one is not a being separate from you”. That’s deep and exciting all at the same time !
