“Get over it.” Perhaps someone has said this phrase to you. It is advice worthy of investigating. To get over something implies that “it” is akin to a large bump in the road that is impeding progress. To move forward, you must either go around it, push through it, or get over it somehow. If you choose none of these, you either slip backwards or stay where you are, which most likely involves suffering of some kind. Ask for assistance if you cannot see the way, but at the very least, with this advice you are now open to new options instead of going around and around and around going nowhere.
You are so very loved.
