“I can’t stop crying,” you cry, and you are stuck.  Why is it that others around you are not crying over the same story?  Because they have a different perspective.  It is not their story.  Then, could it be the story that is keeping you stuck in your crying?  What if you could rise above the story and see it from a higher perspective?

There is a greater aspect of you that is not stuck, is not crying.  Find it.  “How?” you ask.  Take a breath and look down at yourself.  Step into someone else’s shoes for just a moment and gain perspective.  Walk outside in those shoes and change the view just long enough to break the stuck-ness.

You are not stuck at all.  Your thoughts are holding you captive, but you are no prisoner to a story.  Love never dies.  Rise higher, higher and find freedom.
