What is the first thing you think when you look at another?
How do you judge that book by its cover?
Do you notice the size, the shape, the gender, the race?
Do you notice the smile, the frown, the lines on the face?
This is pure training. You learned to see in this way.
It keeps you from seeing the true Light of day.
To see with new eyes is your mightiest task.
Why go to this effort, the ego might ask.
For knowing the soul that’s beyond what you see
Is a gift beyond words that turns I into We.
Aim for this shift that dissolves all the lines,
And see the same view that the soul within finds.
You are so much more than the physical part.
From now going forward, may you see with the heart.
You are so very loved.

This is something I truly want to become aware of, how I judge others. This has come late in life for me as so many things have but I look forward now to seeing the world through different lenses. Those of any being I encounter. Thank you
Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful loving wisdom you receive?? My heart holds these words sacred and sang so sweetly while reading this beautiful message. I love you, thank you??
Just beautiful Suzanne! Loved it! If only…..I pray for that every day….
I love the imagery and the poetry….worth memorizing as a daily intention before heading into meetings whether virtual or face to face!! Thank you!!!
My Goodness, I have just been rhythmically Shifted,
Suzanne & Team, ….. you are so very Gifted!!!
?❤?
Exact phenomenon here too!
Beautiful!
I believe the soul will experience all the races and religions, etc. How else are we to know what it’s like to walk in someone else’s shoes.
I so love your endearing messages, keep up the good work!
Thank you for this poem.. I will send it to my family and friends as a start to a more spiritual journey for all of us.
‘Pure Training’ message from Sanaya touched me deeply for some reason. I would love to hear more of their thoughts on this broad subject. I shall revisit it often???
Received lyrical expansion, reading this! Thanks Sanaya, Suzanne.
I love it. It takes a conscious understanding and then practice to undo the way most of us were taught to view each other. But the heart love always wins. ?
I’d like to add…every once in awhile,I’m just drawn to a person and see them and feel their light. More often , though, I have those “lenses” on….and the exterior is what I see. Here’s where I’d like to be gentle with myself and say….Perhaps I’m picking up a facade…Perhaps it’s kind of a protection…mine for sure and maybe theirs too. Then after talking, or interacting in some way, I find myself “seeing” them more deep!y and “lovingly”.
So maybe it’s not a “bad” thing unless one gets stuck in the judgement and never goes beyond the “mask”.
Beautiful !, THANK-YOU Suzanne!
