Reassured

Reassurance. Is this not what you desire when someone you love crosses the veil? You do not want assurance that they still exist. You already know this in the heart-your bridge to the soul’s spacious knowing. What you want is for the soul’s certainty to get through YOUR veil-the physical body and its filters. This is re-assurance as you re-member that love never dies. And how do you get this re-assurance? Sit regularly and breathe slowly for a few minutes, turning attention inward instead of outward. Focus on the heart beating and remind yourself that something greater than the story you are living is breathing you and all that is. In the presence of this Presence, affirm, “I am here to remember.” And on it goes, Love re-membering.
