“Now do you remember?” What is remembering, but the re-experiencing of experience. Sensations, thoughts, and feelings, the ST-F of life arise in awareness. These re-create an experience that you call a memory, but there is only ever the experience of this, here, now . . . Aware Awareness simply be-ing. And so, what is the most helpful memory that can arise in Awareness? I AM. “What? Something so obvious! Of course I know I exist!” you may protest, and we remind you, you have always been This, but you forgot when you piled on all the memories. Remember the experiences, but do your best to not forget what is always here, now, beneath and beyond them. This, dear One, is the experience of peace.
You are so very loved.
That’s an especially nice picture to go along with todays message. These messages that make you think a little are very good for the souls growth, and of course the lady who presents them has a lot to do with it too ! Love you much, just as all the members do !
Jesus walked upon the waters…even in a storm. When a disciple was asked to hold Christ’s hand, to walk upon the water, he was told to ‘not look down, but simply trust he would not sink into the depths’.
Perhaps not surprisingly, the disciple did look down.
You can remember this too.
What is it you are looking down at that is making you feel like you are sinking. Christ IS holding your hand and you are in fact NOT sinking. A depression and lack of faith does not mean you have to sink – so don’t sink… …if you don’t want to experience THOSE depths at all. DON’t look at what the past told you. Look at the present… and this gift of potential and choice you are given.
Remember this too – in the present.
