Frantic. You know this word and the feeling it represents. The feeling causes you to stop what you are doing and focus all of your attention on filling that need that is filling you with such fear. And yes, fear is what is at the basis of frantic feelings. As frantic feelings overwhelm you, recognize there is a part of you that does not feel loved. But you, dear soul, know you ARE love. Harness This Awareness, breathe, and put your hand on your heart. Assure the frightened part of you that it is loved and safe no matter what. Lo and behold … frantic activity subsides.
