“It’s a lot to take in all at once,” you say when you are feeling overwhelmed. Your attention is drawn in multiple directions at once. What does this tell you about the mind? It is oh so very flexible. And attention? It is all-important if you wish to find peace. The first step is awareness. Notice the thoughts. Notice how they dart about like fish in a school. This experience you are having is like a school, indeed, with so much to learn, so much to do. It’s a lot to take in at once. With the intention to practice attention and be present to how scattered you may be at times, you will begin to settle into the peaceful state known as presence. This is when your life will truly change, from the thoughts you become aware of in the stillness.
You are so very loved.

Thank you for the massages and love!
I truly hope I can feel settled in my heart and indeed
So many worries after losing my 24 year old son 3 years ago and worrying about my living 24 year old son who has mental health issues and is now living so far away from me in another state with his father
I’m constantly worrying about him and miss him terribly.
Thank you, thank you! I know these beautiful messages speak to all of us, but this week I feel like they are personally directed to me. I am feeling the love, and lifting love and gratitude back out to Sanaya and Suzanne for sharing! Heart so full!❤️❤️❤️
“The thoughts you become aware of in stillness “. What a simple and powerful statement of true authentic inspiration. Blessings.
Ohh, thank you so much. This message speaks to me. Thank you Senaya.
Love this & Love you my Earth Angel Suzanne <3
So on point; want to achieve presence. Realize consistent attention to my thoughts is necessary, but it is so much easier to NOT NOTICE,& keep on being scattered..!
Think of an artist with their painting. They are using many colors and textures. Making many thoughts and strokes at the same time. Often they have to pause, step back, and study as to where to place the next stroke. Thanks for these special messages to help guide us through our daily living.
I am finding “presence” more and more, and I can now discern those times much better when my mind/thoughts are darting around like a school of fish (excellent example). I’ve been reading a book about this very thing, and then I read “Settled” and felt the confirmation. It made my heart warm and smile. Thank you for your inspiring posts.
