“Will my grief ever go away?” Will your thoughts? The two are intimately interconnected. And what about feelings and emotions? They all form one web. You cannot control the thoughts that arise spontaneously, but you can step back and observe them. Oh, what a difference this makes. When you realize you are not your thoughts, you have just had a taste of what your loved ones who have passed realized when they found themselves without a body. Step back from the thoughts and emotions often. It is here, in clear awareness, that you will meet. You are so very loved.
If you listen and watch carefully, (being of care toward your own growth,) you will HEAR and SEE, your spirit connection with those in the “beyond.”
A very simple example could be as you prepare a meal and your fractured memory says, “I have no meat …so i gotta substitute”. However, for a tiny second, a picture flashes, once, in your mind of a meat package behind the eggs, saying ‘yes you do’. You’ll hear yourself say, “Oh yea i do.” as your scattered morning brain “now re-collects”. Yet – you know it was not your brain that created that brief image of meat behind the eggs. So here, ideally, you would thank the sender of the image.
Now –
Are you telling yourself you simply remembered – when you know full well you did not remember, nor give thanks? If you are, — Try paying closer attention as to whom/what you communicate with on a moment to moment basis, because it IS IN that MOMENT TO MOMENT that the “beyond” communicates TO you, even if not WITH you.
