Take a Deep Breath

Yes, it is all about love. We will give you more evidence that we are real, for we know you want this, but just as you desire others to feel and experience our loving energy, so do we wish to share it. Can you ever hear this message of love enough? Not enough or too much, for it is the most important message in the Universe—to love thy brother as thyself and love Spirit with all thy heart and soul. The problem comes when you do not love yourself enough. Then it becomes impossible to love your fellow human beings. Then you act in ways contrary to your nature, either out of fear or to get love through manipulations instead of merely expressing your innate spirit nature.

Take a deep breath. Focus on your heart, and repeat after us: “I am loved.”
Now, carry that feeling with you today, unless you do not believe the words to be true. If that is the case, remain where you are and ask for Grace to show you the Truth. You already know it in your heart. Now believe it.
