Sit quietly and follow the breath. Count the beats in and count the beats out. Perhaps use the number five as your guide. Do so slowly now, with the intention of slowing down the brain and the heart. Soon you may notice a wondrous occurrence. You will feel the heart beating in your chest. This is your bio-metronome. Bring breath and beat into harmony and you may well experience a shift where both slow down even more. Ah yes, sit in this state and feel the peace. This is coherence. This is coherence. A gift.
