
Time Out
So you think you have no time to meditate. We know your human lives are quite full, which is exactly why just a few minutes of emptying the mind and focusing on the heart is in order. Do you often feel overwhelmed? Give yourself a time-out … five minutes to say, “There is more to life than this.” And in that space of not-doing, you find far more, yet need do nothing with it. Into this vastness flow all of your cares and worries, and instantly you are free. How can you not fit five minutes of such benefit into your life? If you cannot and you continue to feel the overwhelm, well, then, that is exactly why. It all comes down to choice.
