Yes… accepting that you FELT this that or the other thing does not mean you intend to develop or pronounce those aspects of feelings. But stay firm in your awareness of self and souls. Feelings are scattered dots on a canvas… they’ll always land but they are not the painting unless you want them to be. They’re just dots that landed. There are thousands that didn’t land. Pay attention to that which is important lest you suddenly discover some more of those thousands floating around that will deter you from your intended painting. Those dots are not YOUR painting. They just arrived during your processes. You dont have to ‘deal with’ all of them.
