You are often advised to follow your heart. But what if you cannot trust your heart? This means that thinking has invaded the center of your being. Sink to this center and breathe slowly. Notice any tightness that remains. Notice the frantic thoughts that accompany this tightness. Breathe, breathe, breathe until you are simply present without angst. Now, ask Spirit, what is the next best step at this moment? In this state of surrender, you will know if it is now advisable to follow what the heart advises.
You are so very loved.

thinking has invaded the center of your being!! I have not heard it put quite like that before. I have had that tightness in my heart. It does not matter how subtle or loud the tightness is, it is always accompanied by thoughts that are less than suitable for a divine, precious, pure human being. I love this post, TRUTH.

What a powerful message, and what a powerful illustration!
The robin is particularly dear to me. In my place it sings in the middle of winter, and when the mornings are at their darkest. Like these days.
Thank you😀
