“What would you do if you could not fail?” Why, just about anything. It is fear that holds you back from stepping out, trying new things, living fully. Fear comes from a number of places. The body is programmed to protect you with its fight or flight response, and so you flee. But what about when there is no physical danger? This is learned behavior. Ask why you are concerned about what others think of you when the truth is always and forever: You are so very loved.

WOW!!!! I really needed to hear this(again!) today!
Thank you SO, SO much!
I would fear NOT falling! I’d worry that I would float out into outer space and never return!
Just joking, I get the main point, that fear holds us back. Plus, it doesn’t feel good. I just had a difficult interaction with a friend who used her fear to shame me. It was awfully painful. But then the thought that each of us is so very loved came to me, and I felt compassion for her being trapped in so much fear. Thanks for the daily connection that reminds me of such love.
Compassion is transformative!
Can fear be carried from one life to another through reincarnation? Is fear contagious? Can it be inherited?
Fear is natural and it is also learned. It goes with the human story, but you are not only human. Find the part of you that never changes, beyond the story, and fear dissolves.
So beautiful thank you ????
