Be aware when you and others become defensive. What are you defending? A story. Beliefs. And why are each of your stories so different that they need defending? For you have differing viewpoints. Yes, you might put yourself in their shoes. And there is another choice: you might view all points of view from your innate state of wholeness. From this viewpoint beyond the story, there is nothing to defend. And with that, yes, all the fight goes out of you and possibly even them, for there is no me/you/us/them from this sacred vantage point.
You are so very loved.
Thank you
Dear Suzanne. I just wanted you to know that I am so grateful to you and Sanaya for choosing this “Jousting” photo – of all things. “Jousting” is the exact sign/reference I asked my departed mother-in-law for, so I knew for sure the communication I had with her was real. With it not being a common topic now-a-days, I knew I had made it pretty challenging for spirit to deliver, but it’s what I needed, and I cannot thank you enough for giving me and our family this precious gift of validation at the exact time we needed it most! The happy tears are flowing. Sending you so much love and gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
