Picture a fountain going upwards and outwards, flowing ever onward, round and round. Now picture two fountains end to end and you will have a most excellent representation of how the energy flows in your personal field as well as around all living objects. This shape is called a torus. Come to know it and visualize fresh energy flowing through and around you like a fountain. In this way, you revitalize the field from which the body is formed. The field is primary.
